Philosophy on education:

Each student has unique qualities and circumstances they bring to class. Because of this, each class is filled with diversity creating a rich environment  for learning. I believe each student is capable of learning and should be pushed to reach their own potential. Learning is a process that takes patience, responsibility, and hard work.
