The the class size,  it gives me the opportunity to individualize learning and creates a great classroom community.

Philosophy:

My personal belief in education is that every student is an individual with unique creativity and ideas, backgrounds, and ways of learning.  I think that when it comes to their education it should be personalized to cater to their needs, yet challenging enough so they can reach their full potential.  I love teaching and learning and hope that I can lead by example for the students.
